About the Founder
Hervau is led by Martina Tamvakou who brings experience supporting senior individuals and institutions operating across international organisations, finance and policy environments, and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Her work focuses on creating clarity and operational continuity in settings where responsibilities are fragmented, time is scarce, and stakes are high. She has worked closely with senior leaders, boards, and complex initiatives, providing trusted executive support, coordination, and structured follow-through.
Martina’s approach is discreet, practical, and outcome-oriented. Engagements are selective and designed to support focus, judgment, and effective decision-making over time.
Where appropriate, Hervau works with a small network of trusted consultants to support specific tasks or time-bound needs under her direct coordination.
Services are provided primarily in English and can also be delivered in Swedish where relevant.
